Blood Pressure related issues
I have noticed for last few days that I have headache, and can't concentrate on any work. I am also not feeling well. In my home I have a blood pressure monitor and checked BP with this and found to be 160/100 reading now. My age is 55 and weight is 75 kg. Please help me
