BLOOD PRESSURE
Sir,
I was checking BP on digital machine at my brother place.
Following are my readings taken every Sunday.
I'm always nervous while taking reading.
I jog and walk 5 days a week.
Upper reading was always 120 to 130
Below reading:
Sunday1: 90 91 90 89 87
Sunday2: 90 90
Sunday3: 93 89 97 93
Do I need to worry about BLOOD PRESSURE
Please advise me.
