I am 23 years old male.Doctors I recently check my health checkup.total CBC Count that indicated my RBC level slightly higher than normal(5.87),hemoglobin (16.8),platelet(318),hemotocriy(47.01) and lymphocytes (2.34).my dout is RBC slitly high I check Google this is a sign of polycythemia Vera etc but I need your opinion

No...its not polycythemia vera. The most common causes of raise rbc count is smoking and living in high altitude area. Besides your rbc and hb levels are just marginally high which is acceptable.
