Dear , sorry  to say , don't feel bad , First thing whenever u get any problem rather than doing self test u should consult doctor. No doctor treat to lab value they finally treat the patient problem means disease . after examination also sometimes problems get solve so no need of test and sometimes  reports normal still patient have problems so in either condition consult doctor and fallow them.
