My 3 years daughter had a medical report which is as below
Total WBC 1,21,000.
Neutrophils 19 %
Lymphocytes 67 %
Eosinophills 08%
Platelet count 3,99,000

There could be a typing error. WBC if 12,100 is normal for age.
But if you are sure , it is 1,21,000, than do not ignore it. As Dr Manoj has already pointed out, show to Hematologist and also get a repeat blood test done along with peripheral smear. This need to be cross checked, if persisting, it could be something serious, DO not ignore.

WBC count 1lakh21,000 is that right? I hope you are in touch of your pediatrician. As you will have to show it to hematologist for his opinion and further investigation. I don't want to say anything further. But it needs to be investigated on urgent basis.
