Blood spot after sex

Asked for Female, 26 Years

We got recently married and had sex couple of times. After sex i feel slight irritation kind of pain that can be barable on that night and next day morning i saw blood spot on my panty mix with vagina discharge. On that day i check few times i saw little little blood spot on my panty with discharge. On the second day i didnt see anything like that eveything looks normal after first day. Will it be any issue or its normal? Please advise on this.
