Blood spotting
I had uterine cancer eleven years ago and removed my uterus. I've been seeing blood spots on my pad. Today's my second time since last time which was two weeks ago. I also have flank pain.

I can understand your concern.
You should definitely get it checked out.
Since your uterus is removed, it's hard to tell where it would be coming from.
Consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
