Hi i had trouble with blood stool. i cant identify the problem weather it is through my diet or internal problem. do i have t ochange my diet?please list some foods to get rid of this problem. thank you

You need to confirm if its piles or fissure or internal source of bleed Then treat accordingly Beet root/iron tablets cause blood like stools
