Sir/mam ,My age is 20 and yesterday I checked my Blood sugar before bed and it showed 145, what does it means? I'm very worried since then.

It's slightly above the normal range.. Glucometer can show variations upto 5%..Do not worry.. Relax and do the following tests Do FBS PP Hba1c by lab
