Blood sugar and pressure
I am 27 years old. Recently I found that I have a very high blood sugar and pressure. My fasting glucose level is 495 and bp range is around 180/150. Doctor suggested me insulin which is increasing my body weight drastically and I am overweight now. Please advise appropriate treatment.

insulin u need for short time... u can also add forxiga tab.. it can help u loose weight and also ur sugars.. u can also try inj Victoza.. check with ur dr
