Blood sugar
I recently tested my HB1Ac -6.6 and FBS was 163. Normally my FBS is around 110-120 and HB1AC is 6.5. I am not taking any medication and irregular in exercise. Kindly suggest if I need to follow any dietary regime.

You have diabetes. Compare with previous result if same or worse then start tablets. Ideally lifestyle modification or diet and exercise will help. However if the level of your sugars have been the same for a few months then better to start tablets.

Ur sugar report suggest u have diabetes. To control diabetes u need to start exercise regularly, make dietary changes and reduce stress. So avoid/ stop direct sugars, have more veggies, pulses and grams. If following diet and exercise still sugars are in uncontrolled range then need to start on medicine.
