Blood sugar level is too high
My blood sugar level is too high.Blood sugar fasting is 183.0 mg/dl and blood sugar post paradinal is 257 mg/dl. I am having the fatty live grade 2 with moderate prostatomegaly with insignificant PVRU. What precautions and medications should i take to get my blood sugar level to normal?

Hello, are you recently diagnosed with diabetes or has it been there for few years because the treatment varies for new onset and for long term diabetics. You will need a detailed assessment to see which one suits you best. You should go on low carbohydrate diet and low fat diet and do regular exercise atleast 5 times a day.
Please let me know further details with out which it is difficult to advise.
