I was told I'm prediabetic two years ago and started monitoring it since may and it's always irregular. and recently I started wearing dexcom and I've noticed its mostly either high up to 10 or down to 2 during the night around 2 to 3 am, it can last one to two hours. what can i do? I did a blood work test today and my fasting glucose is 8.5

That is normal profile. Blood sugars do drop in the night and that is normal response in all individuals. My recommendation is eat healthy and exercise regularly. I don’t think dexcom cgms monitoring is necessary.
