Blood sugar test
I am 26years old and have diabetes and thyroid.i had undergone IVF this month and my test result have come positive and I am waiting for the scan.Meanwhile I have been told to take GTT test for sugar and have told to stop medicine for 3 days.Will my high blood sugar affect the developing embryo in these 3 days.

My opinion would be to NOT stop the diabetes medicines or subject the embryo to high blood sugar levels at this crucial stage. GTT is for diagnosis of diabetes and is not advised in someone who already has diabetes.
