Blood sugar test results
Iam non diabetic , i tested my random sugar evening 7 PM. The value is 115.
I took morning breakfast, Afternoon meals , evening snacks and Tea.
Is it normal or not?
How often check my sugars in non diabetic people. Pls suggest

You can take a protein drink such as Ensure diabetic care or Prohance D .....Both are good....But I would prefer you to take protein from natural sources like eggs , soya , legumes , chicken
