Blood Test
Hello Doctor, I have done the blood test for Fasting and HbA1c today and I have glucose fasting - 115 mg
And Glycosylated HbA1c - 6.5% .
Please let me know what need to follow and what to avoid.

Ur reports suggest u have diabetes. U need to start exercise regularly, maintain healthy diet, reduce weight if obese. Lifestyle managment is the main thing to maintain.
