Blood test
Hello my blood test givem remark *Moderate anisocytosis mild poikilocytosis. Predominantly microcytic hypochromic cells with ovalocytes & elliptocytes.  i am attaching the reports and also total rbc is 6.12 normal range is 4.5 - 5.55 pls tell what it means and what are  treatment for it.

Your hemoglobin level is low and red blood cells are smaller , abnormal shape and less dense. Most likely cause is iron deficiency
Next Steps
Get Iron studies including serum iron, TIBC, transferrin and ferritin level done
