I ve attached the file. My gynae told me under go these tests on 2nd day of my monthly periods. If my periods starts in d evening or night before 12 pm should I do these tests next day only. How I should consider it has 2nd day of my periods. Why these tests r done and what is d use. Please clear my doubts. TIA.

First of all you should've asked your gynaecologist this question and also always have faith in your doc.
These tests are done in case of infertility and Polycystic ovaries ...so don't panic
Just do it and get back to her .
Day 2 is second day. Whatever may be the time!
