Blood tinged mucus, chest pain

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have been having chest pain occasionally at times for last 6 months. And I noticed blood tinge in clear mucous 2-3 episodes, I consulted a Dr , he advices x-ray chest, and on examination said granular posterioir pharynx. On x-ray his conclusion was decreased bronchoascular markings, and diagnosis as. ?LRTI. He adviced cefixime and Ultracet.
