IT IS FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS OR AS REQUIRED. IF PAIN IS THEIR TABLET SIGMOFALM TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE DAYS. O.K

If you have experience this once then nothing serious.. Probably you are having constipation because in winter season we tend to decrease out water intake. So drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist for more days then you will need further consultation and evaluation.
