Blue Cut lenses
Should I get blue cut lenses if I am a persistent user of laptop and mobile.
I wish to ask because after researching on internet it appeared to me that blue cut lenses are popular because of promotional rather than use

If you are a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids
Please get your refraction done and use antiglare lenses
