Blue patches in skin
My nephew has got blue patches in his skin. Doctor suggested some blood test. After considering the report, he said that hemoglobin is low and blood is more diluted than it should have been. Report attached for ready reference. Pls suggest what we do as I am worried and confused. Thanks in advance.

This is probably a blood coagulation disorder like haemophilia. Plz consult your paediatrician or a haematologist urgently.
