Blurred eyes
When I worked in Call Center Industry, my eyes was affected with the screen monitor. I can't see clearly the face of the people if they are too far and also the letters. What should I do to get my bright eyes that I have before.

Your symptoms are suggestive of dryness
Try
A cold compresses
B use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears
C.. Use antiglare glasses
Get your eye sight checked.
There may be some refractive error also
