In most central causes of vision loss (intracranial causes) like tb meningitis / encephalitis , the eyes are usually normal. Management mainly involves treating the infection.  As far as extraocular muscle paralysis is concerned it can be managed initially by temporary patching or prism glasses if it is causing diplopia(double vision) and later on by squint surgery for the residual squint. U will get comprehensive treatment in CMC Vellore if u r planning to go there.
