Fluctuating blurring of vision can be due to dryness in eyes
If your screen time is more than 6 hours a day
Are there any other associated symptoms like Burning sensation in eyes , feeling tired eyes at the end of day ?
If yes , then Dryness is the reason

For treating, we have to find the cause of the blurred vision first. Get your refraction checked for both distance and near. Intermittent blurring can also be because of dryness. That can be resolved with help of lubricating drops.

This can be due to simple thing like dryness ..and also with other issues ...
You can use some lubricating drops like Refresh liquegel , avoid too much screen time .
It will be better to do do a check to examine the eye, to figure out if really blur vision is there , n if yes, what is the cause.
Once we know the cause, then only treatment can be done.

You should get your eyes checked in clinic. There are many possibilities that can be the cause of your problem.
They can range from trivial to some grave problem in optic nerve.
