Blurry vision after ECCE surgery
2 days after ECCE surgery with IOL . Still no improvement in vision, blurry and almost no clarity/vision. Bubble in eye visible. Blurry vision almost same or even worse as was before cataract surgery.
Surgeon asking to wait 2 more days for clarity in vision stating it due to edema.But no improvement is visible in sight. Pls help.

Sometimes we inject air in anterior chamber which gets absorbed within 2to3 days .Please have patience and follow up your operating surgeon.

This blurred vision could be due to air bubble obstructing visual axis or due to corneal edema
It is very difficult to comment without examining you
Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better
