I m a 37 years old person buts looks like 25 years. i m too thin. please help me in this regard . I eats according to my appetite but its not helping me

HELLO, ADD HIGH PROTEIN DIET LIKE CHEESE, PANEER, SPROUTS MAXIMUM ACCORDING TO APPETITE. HIGH FIBROUS DIET. CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE, CURES, BUTTER MILK. IF CAN TAKE NONVEG ALSO. PROTEIN POWDER LIKE NUTILITE TWO TSF WITH WATER, MILK, JUICE. SYRUP CIPLE/APLE TWO TEASPOON FUL   BEFORE LUNCH AND DINNER. IT INCREASE HUNGER, BUT ALSO DIZZINESS SO TAKE SOME REST AFTER LUNCH. O.K, BYE.

Please Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Do meditation regularly Take dates beet root jaggery green leafy vegetables regularly Take anjeer regularly Take Sprouted cereal, milk, Soyabean regularly Amway protein powder 2 tsf two times a day regularly Tab practin pearls 30 1 at nt Tab fersoft Z 1 for 3 mths Tab Osto calcium 2 per day for 3 months Reconsult after 1 month
