Body acne + other things
I’ve had back and shoulder acne for the better part of 5 years. About a year ago it started spreading to my upper arms and now goes all the way down to my wrists. As well as by butt and now back of my calves. I also have sudden onset of hundreds of cherry Angioma, some bloating, gas, and chest pain (but not just where my heart is, it’s all across my chest). I’m actually quite worried. I went to the dermatologist for the acne and she said it’s probably fungal, but the antifungals are not helping.

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. In this condition, pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area which then subside after few days with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Maintenance treatment may be required to cover for recurrence. Please don't  apply oil on your head. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination and detailed prescription.
