My body is always heat even in winter also my skin feels cold my body inside feels heat like my eyes will be heat my hands and feet also heat I don't have any harmonal problems how to reduce heat

You seem to have pitta prakrati. Get your thyroid test done. Body temprature is also related to menstrual cycle. You need to record your body temprature for few days and then consult personally...need to know other symptoms like achne, burning in urine, menstrual flow etc.
