HELLO, ACID PEPTIC DISORDER. ADVISE AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK GRESY FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS, LIGHT DIET. WHAT EVER YOU EAT  DIVIDE THE MEAL IN SMALL FREQUENT MEALS SO PROPER AMOUNT RECEIVED THE ACID SO THAT AMOUNT PROPELS FORWARD SO MEAL N ACID IN PROPER AMOUNT SO LEAST PROBLEM OF THIS DISORDER IE, WEAKNESS N BITTER TOUNG. U HAVE TO TAKE LEAST PANDOL. SYR MERIZYME/ LUPIZYME TWI TEASPOON FULL AFTER FOOD DIGEST THE FOOD SO NO SUCH PROBLEM. CSP VIZYLAC ONE AT NIGHT FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN DAYS. SO THAT YOUR GUT MUCOSA BECOMES PERFECT. ALL DAMAGE HEAS. BUTTER MILK, FRESH CURD ALSO HELPS. OK.
