I am taking these medicines now (pres. attached)...
So when i wake up in morning to do exercise , i dont have energy in my body and also drowsiness is there...
What should i do to have energy to run and do exercise??... I need energy supplement which do not interact with my medicine

You need to reduce the medications after consulting your doctor as it could be side effect of using multiple medications. Reduce stress levels. Do pranayama and yoga and need to relax yourself
