Body pain and numbnes
I had pain over back neck arm and shoulder. Dr said it peripheral neuropathy. Doctor asked me to check Vitamin B12, D and calcium . Vitamin B12 came out as 220. Is it really deficiency?? Can you please assist

Hi Vitamin deficiency can be corrected by the intake of particular vitamin in right proportion. Vitamin B is available in vegetables & fruits & millets like unpolished rice, ragi etc. Vitamin D is easily synthesized by your skin when exposed to direct sunlight. So eat balanced & nutritious food. Do some exercise or even walking in the sun, when the rays are not very harsh will help you. If these things are not possible for some reason, you can always go for synthetic vitamin substitutes available in drug stores
