Body pain and tiredness
I am 20 years old and suffering from pain in my body espacially legs and thighs all day and also i feel tired ans sleepy whole day.my exam are near and i am not able to concentrate because of this.. Please help me out...

Please pay attention if you have changed anything in your physical activity or diet. Meet a General Physician along side also meet a professional psychologist who can help you with the concentration issue. Few things to suggest is set a time table and fix a place for study. Start of with your favourite or easy and then move on to difficult ones, reward your self when you are able to accomplish what target you have set for each day read out aloud and then write involving more than one senses enhances concentration and memory drink lots of water sleep well.
