Asked for Male, 61 Years

He is diabetic and is on medication. No gall bladder. Now complaining of progressive body ache and weakness since a week. On and off tachycardia and palpitations. To whom should I consult?? What should I do?

Check for BP,cbg if available as handy and what medication is taking for diabetes..if u didn't do any lab investigation I suggest u to do HbA1C,FBS,ppbs-2hrs,ecg by morning n for further consult..
