Hi,
I got general body pain and while waking up my body aches especially lower back.
I know this is a minimal details. I had some issue with lumbar spine and doctor suggested me to do an exercise.
Can you suggest me what kind of bed should i buy to minimize the body pain?
I could see lot of mattresses claiming as a solution for the body pain because of sleep.

All mattresses are ok. Only it should not be too soft and too hard. Keep a pillow below ir both knees when u sleep on back. And pillow between both knees when u sleep on side. Do see a physiotherapy doctor for back strengthening exercise. Do consult an orthopaedic consultant near u for early morning stiff lower back to rule out ankylosing spondylosis which occurs at ur age.
