Done blood tests after knee and shoulder pain...attaching reports please advice whether is gout , rheumatic arthritis or something else as hermatology reprots are little uneven

Blood report not showing it is gout. For excluding rheumatoid arthritis you have to be examined, so online consultation needed. Your blood sugar profile also fine, so frozen shoulder also excluded. Any other joint pain are there or not it has to be known. Duration of your joint pain you not mentioned. It may be due to some muscle pain. Take sone pain killer and anti-inflammatory medications
1. Tablet Zerodol MR 1 tab twice daily after food x 3days
2. Tablet Nexpro 40 1 tablet once daily morning in empty stomach x 10 days
3. Ointment BRUGEL to be applied locally trice daily over pain site and give hot compress.
4. Restrict your knee and shoulders movement for 7 days.
Next Steps
online consultation must be done if not improve by 4 days with xray (AP, LATERAL view) of both knee and shoulders joint.
