Body pains for both me and my husband
Respected sir/ma'am Myself 39 yrs and my husband  41 yrs are suffering from severe body pains and dignoised high serum uric acid levels. My self 6.8 and my husband's is 7.2,we both diagnosed same time and suffering same parts of our body like foot, toes, wrist,heels and knees. My question is whether it is contaminated or due to any other disease exists in us? What are the probable reasons? Our general health is fine. Why same time we both ill and moreover same parts of body

Normal Uric acid levels are 2.4-6.0 mg/dL (female) and 3.4-7.0 mg/dL (male).so you have slightly increased values...high uric acid levels leads to gout..so there is toe, wrist, ankle pain. There is no any contamination..you both eat same food so both are suffering from same thing...
Next Steps
avoid following food (exogenous cause) All organ meats (such as liver), meat extracts and gravy Yeasts, and yeast extracts (such as beer, and alcoholic beverages) Asparagus, spinach, beans,  oatmeal, cauliflower and mushrooms.. there are many other causes of increased levels,,, please consult online so that I can explain in detail
