Hi. I'm 16years Old . My tall and weight are 1,64 and 52Kg. i play football soccer , i Saw the different between me and m'y football Friends from the tall and body. Can U pls give me some advice? Like What should i need to eat (etc...) Btw wich is better for me bodybuilding or crossfit? From tunisia

Each person grows differently and body build is different. As long as you maintain a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle, there will be no issues.
Include both bodybuilding and crossfit in your exercise regime, that will be beneficial in the long run.
