Bone fracture second opinion
My 6 year daughter has got upper arm fracture. CRIF wire fixation was suggested by one doctor. Can someone please provide second opinion?

Yes. Requires closed reduction and k wiring to avoid residual deformity.

The fracture fragments appear quiet rotatoed. She needs operation with k-wire fixation for sure. Open or closed reduction depends on the surgeon and ease of reduction. Get her operated at the earliest.
