My husband had autograft from iliac crest to tibia last month due to bone loss owing to fracture, it has been 6weeks since the graft. Please look at the attached photos and tell me if bone growth is happening.

The injury must have been severe from what I see on the xray of the leg. It's too early to say anything now.

I believe your husband Wil require further surgery like bone transport using Ilizarov foxatir however one will have to wait and consider all the current circumstances and the present condition of the leg.
