Hysterectomy is not a procedure which affects the bones. It's the salpingo oopherectomy or ovary removal which is responsible for those symptoms. It is advisable that a hormonal replacement therapy must be given if this is done at your age. Please consult your gynae for more on this. Calcium, vit d supplementation is imperative along with other medications
