Bone increase in my nose

Sir i have a problem bone increase in my left nostril some time it blocked &difficult to take breath from that nostrill plz suggest me.Doc gave me nosal spray & tab for 15 day & suggest 4 operation

You seem to be suffering from deviated nasal septum which is common cause for chronic nasal obstruction. Only available treatment for this condition is surgery known as septoplasty which corrects the deviation. Medicines are not useful beneficial
