How long does it tk to recover frm VitD deficiency less than15 is it totally curable? Knee weakness wrist pain nd calf pain with slight back pain.taking D3 shot 60,000I.U weekly nd shelical tablet 2tyms daily..wanted to join gym..plz suggest cn I join gym wit hvng 13-15ng/ml vit d level as I'm ovrweight/85kgs nd 2yrs ago I hd my laproscopic Gallblader surgery dn .nd whom should I visit a general physician or any orthopedic doc for vit d deficiency issue nd plz do answr should I join gym or nt

Greetings,   sorry about your experience. Be clear,  you do not need to be worried about deficiency.   It is quite normal for anyone to get this. The time taken to get normal levels of vitamin d  depends on your bodies ability to absorb vitamin d.  With current dose in 2-3 months time you should get your vitamin d level back to normal.
Next Steps
getting sun exposure also helps maintain good vitamin d level.   you can join gym straight away or get a personal trainer or sports physiotherapists to guide you.  orthopaedic nor general physician may not be of much help to you.  get to see a dietitian, that is the best way forward.
