Bone pain for 3 years, diagnosed with costochondritis, am on amitriptyline, naproxen & dihydrocodeine. Inflammation markers are normal, vit D levels are normal. Extreme fatigue which impacts daily life and not eased with rest. Pain in long bones in arms and legs, fingers, chest and back. Previously had physio which did not help. Also get headaches, palpitations and symptoms of IBS. Meant to be getting referred to rheumatology but keep getting bounced off other GP's. Please help, i'm desperate.
