Bone pain and muscle stiffness
Hi, I am a professional football player currently playing in a lower division league in Bangalore, Karnataka. I have been undergoing intense practice for the last 2 months for the tournament. However, for no known trauma, pain in my left leg heel and right leg ankle has been hampering my practice and development. Also, I have been feeling that my muscle are less flexible than normal. Use Ice . Do little bit stretching for your cuff ,tibialis anterior and common peroneous group of muscles. .
Next Steps
Take atlist 3 litter of water and vit-C. If pain is not subsiding ,go for a physio.
