ligament  laxity is congenital will have lax joints, osteoarthritis is elderly disease of joint due to wear and tear of joint, will have joints pain and swelling, osteoporosis is weakness of bones due to low calcium deposition in the bones, will have bones pain and fracture ,especially in vertebral column
