Hi!! This problem is common..but severity needs to b checked clinically..so plz visit therapist as soon as possible..they will help you with pain reliving modalities if required and exercises..mean time ice fermentation on affected area will help you and also avoid sitting on hard surfaces..

Hi there, do you mean tail bone? Well that's sacrum bone. Many women get this kind of pain post pregnancy. U might need to do stretch exercises if you have normal delivery. There are many questions before I could suggest you something. U better visit therapist asap.
