I have diagnosed with survical .. And now My knee bones and joints produce crick like sound and pain its get more increase in cold weather .. What should i do now some home remedy or what .. Please suggest

You need to get your knees xray.As it is uncommon to have such problem at 32yrs age.also you might need few blood tests done. RA factor HLA B27 CRP.
