Bony growth inside the mouth
I've noticed that (from my perspective) the inner-right side of the lower gum is bigger than the left. It's possible that both the sides are unusual. It's as if the bone has unusually grown.

Kindly observe the growth of the same If the growth is rapid and bleeding u should immediately have it checked
