Borderline Chilestrol
In a recent master health checkup following results I have got: 1. Total cholesterol - 233 mg/dL 2. Triglycerides - 169 mg/dL 3. Hdl cholesterol - 42 mg/ dL 4. Ldl cholesterol - 158 mg/dL 5. Vldl Cholesterol - 33 mg/dL 6. Non-hdl cholesterol - 191 mg/dL My queries are: 1. Medication to be started? 2. Any lifestyle changes to be done in diet / exercise?

Yes you need to start medicines for a month or so. Also you need to follow a good diet protocol and do exercise. If you do not want to continue the exercise than you will have to continue exercise and eat the right food
